NTN Takes on Astoria, Queens!

24-47 44th Street Astoria, NY 11103

Bring your imagination to life in Create an Original Musical, a collaborative, pressure-free creative experience where young artists work alongside experienced instructors to create new songs and develop an original story together.

Through music, storytelling, movement, and collaboration, students will explore the creative process in a welcoming environment where there is no pressure to be perfect and no wrong way to express themselves. Participants will have the freedom to share ideas, experiment, take creative risks, and discover their own artistic voices while contributing to something entirely original.

Led by Sean Pallatroni, an Emmy® Award-winning composer, songwriter, director, and pianist, and Meredith Wiegel, an MSA-trained dancer, jazz specialist, Youth America Grand Prix competitor, and Dance Team Union second-place honoree, students will learn directly from professionals who bring their experience and passion for the performing arts into the creative process.

With an emphasis on creativity, confidence, collaboration, and self-expression over performance or perfection, this program is designed to help students feel comfortable exploring new ideas, building connections, and discovering what they can create together. The experience is supported by Stella Pappas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, helping foster a positive, encouraging, and emotionally supportive environment where students can feel safe taking creative risks and being themselves.

No pressure. No need to have it all figured out. Just an opportunity to create, collaborate, and bring an original musical to life!
